When you want to open one, you earn minutes by completing a short learning session — a quiz, a flashcard set, a study block. Then the app opens for the time you've earned. No bypass. No tricks. LocktoLearn uses Apple Screen Time APIs to help users manage app access responsibly. Below is each framework we use and the only reason we use it.
FamilyControls
Asks for your authorisation to manage app restrictions. We do not use it for anything else.
ManagedSettings
Applies and removes the shield on the apps you have chosen. Never on apps you haven't.
DeviceActivity
Counts down the minutes you've earned. Activity data stays on device whenever possible.

If you set up LocktoLearn for a child, parents or guardians should supervise usage. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
Delete your account at any time
One tap in the app or one email to support and your account, content, and uploads are permanently removed within 30 days.

Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Free trial, if offered, must be cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid charges.
